Dexter Myers
Founder & CEO
Dexter E. Myers has over 40 years of experience in program and project management of complex product design, fabrication, testing and fielding projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed numerous small businesses. Mr. Myers has been apart of innovative research phase I, II, and III contracts and has managed the expansion of PEI since 2009 into a full-time engineering and our state-of-the-art production facilities. Since inception, Mr. Myers has provided leadership and strategic planning for PEI regarding the expansion of the professional staff and manufacturing equipment capabilities. He also performs duties as the capture manager for PEI contracts and in developing working relationships with DoD leaders and prime contractors. Mr. Myers is known by senior leaders the composite industry along with senior program managers in DoD, SBA, and the State of Nebraska
P.E.I. President
Mr. Combs, a retired Rear Admiral (US Navy), provides leadership to the PEI team in accelerating the development and transition of innovative composite technology to commercial entities and the Department of Defense warfighter. In addition to his over 30 years of military service, Rear Admiral Combs has served in several capacities and on boards. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University; a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree of Engineer in Naval Architecture from MIT. Additionally, he is a PMP, with executive leadership and management training from Carnegie Mellon University.


Don Myers
Chief Operating Officer
Don Myers serves Pacific Engineering as the Chief Operating Officer. Myers has over 21 years of experience in senior management positions with range of responsibility for both operations, financial, contract and facilities management. Don holds a Master of Science Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
Vice President of Engineering
Dale Tiller engineering staff in all the design and development. He has over 40 years in design and of advanced composite structures. He is an inventor on 6 Patents in pressure vessels designs and metal to composite joints. He has also authored over 20 technical papers for publication. Dale has a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master Engineering in Systems Engineering both from Virginia PolyTech. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska.


Chad Dustin
Senior Director of Operations
Chad has 30 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense. Chad has overseen filament wound composite programs including Composite Launch Tubes & Pods, Rocket Motor Cases, Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels, Composite Fuel Tanks and Drive Shafts. Chad leads the Operations team as Director of Operations responsible for production, facilities, safety, continuous improvement, supply chain and manufacturing engineering. He manages PEI production, facilities, safety, continuous improvement, supply chain and manufacturing engineering. He is also responsible for facility expansion and coordinating rate increases on multiple product lines in parallel with multiple development programs.
Dr. Taylor Stockdale
Director of Advanced Engineering
Dr. Stockdale has 10 years of experience in aerospace-grade laminated composites including fabrication, machining, and testing in accordance with ASTM standardized tests to measure mechanical and thermal properties. He has conducted research in high-temperature polymer systems to develop toughened ultrahigh temperature polymer nanocomposites. Dr. Stockdale established and currently manages the in-house testing capabilities at PEI, which has the capacity to conduct a variety of physical and mechanical tests on composite materials and structures is responsible for developing test plans and conducting material testing for all PEI projects.
