Design & Manufacturing
PEI has developed a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Lincoln, NE area. Our advanced capabilities include filament winding, hand lay up, vacuum assisted resin transfer molding, vacuum infusion, pre-preg infusion, out of autoclave, mold and tooling fabrication, and part finishing operations. Our facility ensures the highest quality production and precision in all our manufacturing processes.
Prototyping
PEI has the capability to fabricate full-scale prototypes for product development and testing. Some of the prototypes designed and built by PEI include Composite Hybrid hatches for MK-41 Vertical Launch Systems, the Ready Stow Group Launcher, the All Up Round Composite Canister, and the Composite Reconfigurable Adaptable MTVR Trailer.
